Looking to party all weekend long? The city came to the island! Party with Boston and New York urban professionals during this day party hosted at LOFT Sunday, July 2nd.
A long staple for summers on the Vineyard is Musical Monday. Pack up a picnic, blanket and kids and enjoy an evening of great music and fun.
Benefiting the MV Boy's and Girl's Club, this five mile run in Vineyard Haven is a great way to start Independence Day with laughter, exercise, and charity.
Get. There. Early. We can't stress that enough. A fourth of July festivities start around 10AM. Many seasoned viewers/participants know to arrive very early in the afternoon to find parking and a good viewing spot. The Edgartown Police close many roads around Lighthouse Beach. The perfect way to view the parade comfortably is to rent a home downtown or a chartered boat that will give you a one of a kind view of the spectacular show.

Visit Main Street, Vineyard Haven for great local food, music, local fun, and usually some rock climbing.
